gosh frustrating, 5 days of more than 1000 calorie deficit each day and still stuck at the same weight. I know these things bounce with retaining water but please after 3 days and no change I have been 16 hour fasting to knock me to the next level.


I am going to go talk to my scale and demand it get itself together, tomarrow it is going to show me a change! LOL!

Ugh I’m on 5th day of IF (w/Keto and exercise) and I’m only down 1/4# 😤 Very impatiently waiting for my scale to get it together!!

I have been watching your struggles and I feel for you. but I am pretty sure mine was just water weight, it is probably the same for you. I think our bodies mess with us women. cycles work behind the scene
