I can skip Gym work out today, just got done wiping down sliding glass doors with Windex, cleaning outdoor furniture, sweeping floors ect. I got drenched in this heat and humidity with sweat, it was a 2 hr job, that will be my work out for the day. Plus I got up at 6am and did shopping, multiple trips up and down stairs.
