I'm not doing so good with portion control, but after seeing the Nutritionist I now know what things to eat for alternatives and I love all of them.. Hopefully this will be a start to my weight loss.. I was told that the food I am eating is really good! But, I am not eating them correctly, and I need to watch how much I'm eating along with watching the calories along with the carbs.. I need to spread out my meals and snacks and allow points for each of the different meals with snacks... So, with a list and a planned meals for each meal I hope I am now on my way-----> weight Loss! My diabetes numbers are looking good and well controlled, but my kidneys are still not working properly but all is controlled for the first time in 11 years..

Sounds like you have a plan...that is always key to success. Be open to making adjustments along the way. The great thing about FS, is if you are recording all your food, you will be easily able to make corrections, because you have all the data to see what is working and what is not. Good luck!
