I fasted yesterday until 3:30. Kept myself busy making soap (I am a candle-soap maker). I kept my calories under 1100, which was pretty easy being that I only gave myself a 4 hour window to eat.

I swam laps (slowly) for 25 minutes.

My 4 rescue dogs got me up around 2 am to walk the backyard and I cheated. I had 1 pistacio. Oh well.

I hope I do not yo-yo here for another 20 days BUT am excited about the number. I have not seen that number in 10 years.
