Trying to stay focused with the framework of a 'week' timespan. It's so easy to focus from day to day...throw in a fall from grace, and then you start over and pick up where you left off. But by the time a week has come and gone... nothing. No results for your hard work.
That stinks.
So, I am trying to put multiple 'good' days, back to back, to make up an entire week.
Preplanning my food - thinking ahead about meals, dinnertime, skipping the eating out, etc.
Preplanning my exercise. Which days I will walk. Which ones I will do resistance training.
Always mindful of my water intake.
Thinking in terms of 7 days...instead of 24 hours.
Thinking in terms of 21 meals / 7-14 snacks.
Everything takes time - but I am one of those who doesn't like to spin my wheels. And I am a firm believer that something (even plateaus) have to give!
If I have to shake things up - every two weeks - every week - whatever...I will see this thru to my goal. Period. Dot. End of Story!
Much Love.

I think the #1 key to weight loss or maintenance is to plan plan plan. If you don't know what your going to have for dinner, how can you eat the proper amount of calories for lunch? Planning takes such a short amount of time, and does so much for you!
