As usual, I do NOT lose anything on the weekends. But I only gained 2 lbs this weekend, so I consider that not too bad. I think of it as just the fluctuation that normally comes with weigh maintenance.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
