Weight Loss going ok. All before you embark on any mahor weight loss I suggest you visit the doctor and get a full blood work-up otherwise you may end up spinning wheels and not getting much traction.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 111.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
