yeah, I'm below the 170s :-) now just to stay there over the weekend! I'm off work tomorrow but I'm working on a house with my son and his GF and they like to cook/eat/drink, but good stuff, it doesn't matter I still put on the pounds when they are here. BUT I was good last weekend (for the most part) and all this week, so far.
Today I'm off the 3 day fat stall woe and eating low carb. I am planning on doing the same over the weekend and then back to the 3 day MTW following this until I get down to my target :-) THEN plan on continuing a LCHF lifestyle woe for the rest of my life! Seems to work for me and I feel good with it. Of course I will probably have a glass or 2 of vino now and then.

169.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I had 3 glasses of Merlot yesterday and I will have 3 more tomorrow night. It's just grapes. Good luck over this weekend and keep doing what seems to be working for you.
