Started four day fast to get this weight under control again.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m new and have been seeing a lot of posts about fasting. Is there something special that you drink when you fast or do you just do water? Just curious... maybe a fast in my future.
