Hello everyone, I can't find a group so I'm writing the journal hoping to find some support;
Only a few months ago I weighed 55kg, now I'm back to where I've started a year ago: almost 60kg.
I'm staying alone at home for another week and a half before going on a vacation where there will be beach and bikinis and I would really like to look good. I know that is a bad thing to want a quick fix, and that is not what I'm searching for. I'd like to finally give up the sugar and the junk food (I love chips and chocolate and cannot seem to stop before I eat the whole bag). I do yoga (vinyasa) and a anti-cellulite program (because that is a huge problem that is even bigger than weight-loss for me), but then, after 30-40 min of exercise, I kind of lye around all day in front of my computer, because I write my dissertation).
The other thing is that at evenings, feeling alone/annoyed/not wanting to spend the nights the same way I spend the days I eat in front of the TV.
I don't fit into my clothes any more the way I used to.
I'd really like to find some support to lose those 5 kg (10 pounds)
The other problem is that I go to bed really late and wake up around noon, so the rest of the day, I eat in 6 hours what I should be eating in 12.
My goal is to go back to my flat stomach by the end of the week.
