Just weighed in. Oh Come on!!! Horrible numbers on Friday. Back counting calories and a small-kine workout yesterday. Back under 146 today.
145.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
