My went up on my scale, I have incorporated exercise workout twice a day, once in the morning and before I go to bed, so I'm hoping that its muscle, I will start weight once a week to see. Have a good day, and Happy Sunday!
262.8 lb Lost so far: 192.9 lb.    Still to go: 262.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
