43 hours in and its raining. im not hungry but i want to eat SOOOOO BAD!!! can't walk or run for a distraction :(

Before I got my treadmill I just did step-ups on a small step stool, using the kitchen counter for balance.

Anything that gets your heart rate up for more than 15 minutes will do it for me. Also, after 12 hours I am not hungry, I just "desire" food. All desires pass.

i havent been eating the healthiest so im extended fasting. hoping to make it to my eating window on Tuesday. rain should be done here, so going for a light jog with the baby

Keto cupcake in mug... 2 tablespoons almond flour. 2 tablespoon coconut flour.. 2 tablespoon dark chocolate coco powder 2 tablespoon date sugar or other sugar 1 egg 2 tablespoon grass fed butter softened 1/4 tsp. vanilla extracted 1/2 yep baking powder I use little bit of cold coffee and cinnamon

...cupcake in mug mix all up put in mug or ramakin and microwave for 1.5 minutes....I also add shredded unsweetened coconut... .6 net carbs. 12 gram protein
