Last week was really bad for me. Super Bowl Sunday was labeled as a "Cheat Day" and it just spiralled down from there. All week long I kept finding excuses to continue making bad choices. Stressful days at work lead to eating out just to get out of the office. I even had a turkey club WITH FRIES at Denny's one day. So this weekend, I finally got serious an decided to stick to it this week. I've really struggled with meal planning - it's exhausted trying to plan my meals around my busy schedule. And find time to workout. Plus, I'm moderately satisfied with where my body is now. All of my pants are getting too big and that feels like a permission slip to reward myself with stuff like free cake at work... :( I watched my weight climb to between 135-138 last week. I'm going to try to get consistently below 133 after this week. Hopefully recording my food/calorie/weight here will help me stay motivated.
