Naughty me, I had pancakes for dinner again! LOL they were calling my name. I didn't cheat, I'm well within my calories. I really like pancakes, with egg white fluff on top! I took four whites, beat it with the electric mixer on high until it got really fluffy, then added a dash of cinnamon and a bit of liquid sweetener or splenda, whatever I have.(EDIT) Then I cook it in the skillet over low-medium heat until lightly browned on each side; then, I top it with syrup and Parkay spray, it's so good. Lots of protien, so it's filling. That's something I used to eat a lot on South Beach Diet, and I still like it. It's good even by itself for a snack, but I just really like it with pancakes. I have always liked having breakfast foods for dinner.
Well the scale went down 0.4 today, I'm not gettin' too excited yet, it's been hanging around 134 for a couple of days. I really want to see 133! That will be a new low for me.
On a positive note, I tried on a pair of size 4 jeans today and lo and behold I got them up and buttoned and they didn't look bad! No overhang or anything! LOL! They are still a wee bit tight, so I am not going to jump the gun but dang I haven't even been able to get them over my hips in months! That makes me feel good. Hubby keeps calling me skinny, which I'm not going to lie, I enjoy. Although I act like I don't, lol!
I did 30 minutes of kickboxing this morning, and my weight routine(squats, tricep pushdowns, chest presses, etc), and a 60 minute Walk at Home advanced workout this afternoon. I can tell I need to step it up with my weight routine, certain exercises are getting too easy! that's a good thing though, it makes me happy!
Hope ya'll hads a good day, holler at ya later!
