Had my body scan today last one was on 11 May 2018. Overall results okay so summary Weight Loss 5.6Kg down, (5.1 kg fat lost and 500g muscle lost) over last 4 weeks. My body fat is down 2.9% and visceral fat is down to 16 from 19. Overall I feel good but wish I could have dropped an extra 2kg. Still need to drop another 20kg at least so I need to reassess my long term plan which is to get to 10% bodyfat
233.0 lb Lost so far: 106.7 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
