flew to Kansas City for dinner with a friend. Still can't have a good after work buddy in LA after moving here 2 years ago, so I'll go where my friends are until I have friends here. Finding friend in LA is a challenge, everyone values their privacy, I.e. they don't really seem to connect to anyone. BBQ was great, diet not so much. on the bright side, the Westin Crown Plaza by the War Memorial has an amazing gym. So, at least I turned some of that brisket into muscle 💪
