Well we moved and fidgeted with the broken fridge. Did some googling. Decided to unplug it and “thaw” it out and see if it will work again... fingers crossed we left it off and totally empty for 14+ hours!!!

Good news, yesterday’s meals were not keto but were very much lower carbs than the SAD diet... and I did wake up to a loss... even had a cocktail last night because my anxiety and sadness about amount of food lost and a good giant fridge isn’t going to be cheap if we have to buy one!!! 😩

Also woke up to ants in the bathroom 😳😩😭. When it’s this hot outside in our drought stricken California the ants love to come find water indoors ☹️
144.0 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have eaten my share of bugs, spiders, snakes and rodents both cooked and raw. If you are hungry enough you will eat just about anything. That’s probably why fasting has no appeal to me.
