Gained 5 pounds! Had a month of two kids, one sister, two 19 yr old German girls. Eating and drinking and practically no exercise! Ugh!

I am back on board now. Walked to work yesterday and today, eating MUCH better-no chocolate, no carbs, no booze until Thursday...also weigh in coincided with TOM so hoping I will get a better number tomorrow.

Ugh! ugh ugh ugh ugh!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its the right thing to do, adios fam & friends, booze and chocolate... how is this going to make us skinny and happier??? LOL welcome back Densible... ugh is right!! we'll get it right again!

It's about time you got back!! Glad you had a good time, but now it's time to buckle down and get back at it! I'm sure you'll bounce back quickly. And you can probably even have an occasional chocolate too! :-)

You are a braver woman than I. I'm still resisting recording the "gain" on FS. Like it doesn't really exist if I don't log it in?? LOL!!! Glad you are back to semi-normal!
