Yay finally a drop and not a gain.

I cant believe I managed to lose 40kgs in 18 months with ease yet I am battling to lose the 10kgs I picked up from stopping smoking.

Lets hope I can stay focused, need to lose the 10kgs before our trip to the UK in December...
150.4 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
