32 ounces of water ..not enough too busy
Had a puce of homemade apple pie last minute couldn't say no sweet little lady made it 😂 but on my feet slit at work ...just gonna stay with calories in calories out mostly healthy calories ..just do my best 👍
157.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
