Drank 80 ounces of water
Walked 30 minutes
Just gonna keep counting stay with it try and keep a 500 calorie deficit that should be managable

157.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
