I think I weigh myself too much. Maybe I shoul only weigh myself once or twice a week. Maybe every weekend, like sunday morning. Maybe that will be a short term goal to have and doing it on the weekend will remind me not to go crazy on saturday and sunday. If I wait till Mondays I will be depressed all the time. csoar gave me some good advise. I forget about the recipes in my FF book. I can't wait to make some meatloaf. I love meatloaf!

i try to weigh once/day - it's ok to do that & sometimes it's motivating & a good reminder . I am so stuck at this weight though!

I weigh myself every morning, some say excessive, but it REALLY helps me behave each and every day. Gained a pound I better have some extra Cranwater. Lose a pound Happy face all day :) This way I never have a day go by where I am not aware of how my body is reacting to my actions. It personally helps me to stay balanced. HOWEVER if you are the type of person to be depressed by a daily fluctuation of 1-2 pound up or down this may not be good advice for you. I don't want anyones day starting good or bad based on a number on the scale. Especially if you wake up and feel great then get on the scale and see an extra pound and then feel fat and sad I would say don't weigh every day. It is a trick to weighing everyday and that is not to get to tied up into one set weight number.

The meatloaf it GREAT! I only weigh in once a week because otherwise I get addicted to scale and this plan is so much more to me than just those numbers. Sometimes I just the jeans test... I still have smaller sizes and if they are starting fit or others are getting loose I know its working! This plan is so great with all of the inches that we loose that sometimes the scale doesn't move a fast! Good Luck... Hope you enjoy your meatloaf!

One thing I noticed is that I have been weighing myself only on even numbered days. This wasn't planned I was able to observe it when I was looking at my chart. In the past, I have been scared of the scale and it is only recently that I purchased one of those digital scales. It also measures body fat but it seems to be about 10 percent higher than the one at the gym. This is more than I have weighed myself in my life. Judging by my past experience, I should continue to observe this new routine. You will know what works for you.
