Today is not a great day.
The weekend was tough and I just can’t look at myself in the mirror. I’m feeling so discouraged.
I’ve been working my ass off with such little results. I don’t feel like I LOOK any different. I certainly don’t really feel any different. So what’s the fucking point?!? I’m just so tired of feeling like a fat slobby pig. 😢😢😢

I know that everyone here (including myself) has felt like this at some point. Some of us (including myself) feel it way too often for comfort. This is just that a#%hole who lives in our brain. DO NOT listen to him, you do what you do because you are getting healthy...you are making changes to better yourself and even if you can't see, others can. You keep pluggin' away and it will come, soon the changes will be so big that even you can see them!!!

I'm not gonna give you any woulda, shoulda, coulda. But I will say, I feel that same way alot. Like when I started to exercise today and saw myself in the mirror. I don't want to be this person anymore and I'm not giving up. I know you won't either. We are so much more than what we look like on the outside. Just wanted you to know that I know how you feel. 😻

Being fat is hard, loosing weight is hard. Pick your hard. What I think about when I feel like you which is often but evict the a$$h@le and you can do it.

Never give up. Yes, it can be very frustrating and will be frustrating. What would be worse is to just throw all your hard work away and regain every bit you lost … plus more. You can do this, you are losing, sometimes you need to change up your approach such as changing your way of eating more than you already have. If you read other people's info on their posts you could probably get a good idea of what might work for you. Good Luck!

I understand your frustration. I'm in the same boat. I actually weighed less when I was eating bad. I know everyone says I probably gained muscle from working out. But, it still doesn't make me feel good seeing the scale say 200lbs. I can still fit my clothes. But, I feel like I gave up eating the things I like eating, exercising and the scale didn't go down. While I did it mainly to lower my really high cholesterol, I also wanted to lose weight and get down to at least 155lbs. But, I'm going to do my best to stick with it. If for no other reason, I still need to do it for the sake of my cholesterol and heart.

We all have those days. I felt that way just yesterday. Just know that the more you push yourself, the better you will start to feel. It's a long, arduous process and it will be frustrating and youll get mad, upset, discouraged, but don't quit!! Keep pushing, keep going, it will all be worth it!! I'm so sorry you are feeling down, but there are a lot of people here cheering you on. #fightgrindrepeat

Yes, I'm cheering you on, weekends can be problematic but break it down and gain some small victories. Good luck going forward, don't agonize about what is already past. :)
