Visit to the hospital has done wacky things to my weight. Two bags of saline, messed up meds and meal schedule. It has made me realize how much successful dieting really requires us to have a fair amount of control over our day. Time and resources to do the things that are required to take hyper-care of ourselves.
I know that there have been times in my life when I really wanted to lose the weight, but I knew I was not going to be successful. There was just too much out of my control.
I suppose when these interruptions happen when we are dieting...or changing our lifestyle to a more healthy one...it is important to roll with the interruption as best as possible, and stick to our objectives as best as possible, until we hit more stable ground again.
Did a lot of research last night, and will definitely be getting some additional opinions about my treatment protocol for the a. fib. Seems as if there are much better long term options than what I have been advised so far. Knowledge is power.
