It means so much for your thoughtful support. This is the first food journal site I have ever used. All the support I receive and tracking information has helped immensely. The support from others (you all can't be beat! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been measuring my food. My husband pointed out that when I counted out 12 chips, I was counting broken pieces as one. Now I know I can add a few more. I realized that I entered more calories than I had eaten. I might increase a few food amounts, or stay the way it is to continue to lose weight at my current rate. I know I will increase food on "my cheat days." My day I look forward to!

How do I find a friend that has join fatsecret and support her? I don't know how to search for her name which she used. Whenever I try it only brings me back to my own journal and what people have written to me.
