Water load starts today. 4 mile run with Christy - 50 mins, Training on feet for 5 hours, climbed stairs with David 30+ mins in structure. Laid out by pool 2 hours.
112.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
