Although I gained weight yesterday I am smiling. My weight-loss journey has taught me a lot and I am happy although I still have quite a bit to learn. I was thinking of either 1. losing the rest of my weight over the next 8-12 weeks or doing it gradually over 10-12 months which is a dilemma. I think right now I will aim for 8-12 weeks. My knee started giving me problems last week as I did some running HIIT training last Sunday. I found out afterwards that maybe the knee needs another 3 months and more weight-loss. Knee is back to being OK but I need to be careful in my exercises. I will let my strength coach know, maybe I need to also avoid lunges.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you are right did lunges yesterday with coach and can fell the knee. Maybe lunges are no good if there are knee issues.
