Roomie is back at cabin. I decided to stay home. I love going there, and so does the dog, and i don't want to take it for granted. But it really throws my program out of wack. Also, i am kind of an introvert, and i like the alone time. Going to spend the weekend with my new best friends -- helga and shaun t! And my regular canine best friend. It is going to be hella hot, so i am going to take her out for a walk asap.

Ok, i just figured out how to add on to today's journal. (Ty to wright for mentioning it in their post!) So later that same day... I had two major nsvs:

1) i did the first t25 video (cardio) and i did not die!! Plenty of room for improvement but i am encouraged. I also took my measurements, which i was bad about at first, and of course i now regret. I have a ways to go, but i am definitely showing progress.

2) i had ordered a special brix fitness hoodie as a future reward. (Any brix fitness fans in fs land?) I wanted it to be for maybe 50# lost or something. The thing is, i was in such a quandary as to what size to order! They only have men's and suggest women order a size smaller. Several times i went to order it and backed out over this. Finally i ordered a men's medium. It just arrived and it fits! (Again, not that it won't fit better later.) I think i am still going to save it, but i am pretty stoked.
