I made it to day 3 of Sugar detoxing. I think day 1 was the worst, I felt sick. But, today I actually have a lot of energy. I really wanted to go into the weight loss journey with a clean slate. I have these past three days have had absolutely no sugar, or dairy. My diet has consisted of protein and vegetables only. I have had one tablespoon of sesame oil in the past three days, no butter at all either. My only bad, is I just don't eat enough. I get so busy with things that I don't eat enough that has enough calories.

I know I should choose foods that have more calorie content, but I am a veggie eater and think about it later when I look at the overall calorie intake and think oops! I will do better.

today will be challenging I have an luncheon event to go to today, and of course it will be a protein, veg, rice, bread and dessert! I have a plan in place going to move the bread away from me, eat my salad first, drink lots of water, then my protein, and my vegies. NO DESSERT. I will check in later to see how things went.

I am glad I haven't been moody this past three days, actually been pretty pleasant. Im looking forward to this journey, one day at a time.
