Today is a new day. Have been struggling the last few weeks. I have been complacent and slowly in time I know I will gain weight but most of all affect my health. I know I made a decision to be healthy. I woke up, recognized my bad habit, forgave myself, went for a walk and am back at calorie counting and making better choices. This can be done. I’m not focusing on losing weight but rather healthy lifestyle!! I feel great!!!
