Started weight watchers two weeks ago and have several pounds off already. I was at such a plateau. I have decided I need to weigh less than the goal I first said so now I have several plans to accomplish that. I am attempting to eat meals for eight hour. Then 16 hours in between. I think there is a new book out like that. Also I am switching to weight watchers because I need more motivation and I am trying the cabbage patch For one week only
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with you. We need that support. That life force. Dieting is so hard. I just realized I can gain so many pounds in one week if I splurge in my favorite foods and it takes triple the time to lose it. And gaining weight can be done from Bed easy time. When losing weight exercise is a must and prepping the diet takes a lot if time and effort. So joining weight watchers is an excellent way to diet and be accountable every week. Success can be yours.

Thank you for that comment Damaris.... yes it is hard to do. Dieting. I try to look on the positive side and think about all of the terrific vegetables and fruit options there are out there and not dwell on all the hype calorie high fat products that have such a devastating effect on our waistline. It does take a lot of time to be in the kitchen chopping and peeling and all of that but if we do it in a large amount and then freeze the rest so we don’t have to think about what to eat later is also a great idea. Good luck on your weight-loss journey as well!
