I am soo happy I lost weight this week. I was only able to go to the gym one day, because my joints have been acting up on me. I was really worried, but this morning when I got on the scale it was kind to me! Hooray!!!

So that means I've lost 15 pounds since starting fatsecret, and 19 pounds overall! Woohoo!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

AWESOME! I knew you could do it, exercise or not. And 19 lbs total loss! That is fantastic. What an accomplishment! You must have clothes that you can't wear any more because they are too big now! Be proud. You deserve it! GO RED GO!

You showed yourself that you had no need to worry! Exercise or no exercise, you can still do it. Well done on losing 19lbs overall so far, that really is fantastic!! Just keep vrooming and zooming and burning that rubber and it won't be too long before you're hitting that blue line. ;o)
