Lucky girl! Our weather is snowy at the moment. I am so looking forward to seeing your progress in C25K!!!! I'm excited, too!

Where do you live? We are near Chicago and it's COLD!!! It was -1 on my car thermostat this morning! A warmer state is sounding quite appealing! 

what is a "couch" to 5K? Im assuming it's a 5k run?? but what's the "couch" part? sounds funny! sounds like your going to push your couch the distance of 5k! Look at you! 15 pounds gone! if you know me, you'll know I compare weight loss to sacks of potatoes. Imagine you had dropped a 10lb sack AND a 5lb sack of potaotes. That always seems like a lot to have to carry around with you all the time...doesn't it feel great! You are doing wonderful. And the exercize!! you'Ve just got it all working for you now! great job 

Livelifefully - I live in Lathrop, CA. It's a little town in the Central Valley, about an hour from San Francisco. Janellas - Pushing a couch for 5k would be really good exercise, LOL! Couch to 5k is a program that eases you into running, going from little 30 second bursts of running, to running an entire 5k! I've always wanted to run, but I think I jumped into it too quickly, and burnt myself out. Wow, look at your chart, its fantastic. Good luck with the Couch to 5k program. Its nice and warm where I am also (Australia). I can't complain about the weather here. Cheers.
