Second down day. Weighed in at 196. Just over 1 pound lost over a week. Perfect. Breaking the down day IF. No lifting tonight. Got in two loads of firewood.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
