I was a healthy BEAST yesterday!! I was journaling my food, exercising, eating healthy and my mind was set on WEIGHT LOSS!!! Then...I went home and all hell broke loose!! LOL!! I snacked from the time I got home until I went to bed. I even got a snack when I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I refuse to feel guilty since today is a new day.
On another note, I found a pic of me back in July 2007. I was at my heaviest and I don't even recognize myself. I remember being that fat and I also remember how low I felt. I never want to get there again. That's why I put the pic on my fridge and bathroom mirror.
