i got on that scale this morning and jlente i thought of you haha!! i went from not having a scale and not worrying about my weight but hoped to weigh atleast every week or 2 so i can see if i am staying on track and then here i am climbing on that dam thing every morning asa my eyes open (after the bathroom of course haha) I am quick to become addicted to making sure i am staying on track i might have to give the scale back to my niece so i don't keep weighing but it did tell me i dropped down to 288.8 which mind you im super happy about that! I am only 2 pounds away from where i was almost 7 years ago when i went all in hard core with exercise and dieting But because im not had core exercising my size is different which sucks! lol i was probably 3 sizes smaller in my waist area back then.. I need to get that motivation back. WHERE IS THAT GIRL! lol LONG GONE I SEE!

I wish you all a fantastic Friday!! And even more wonderful weekend!

:D :D Great job with the drop there! The damn scale can be an evil thing if you focus on it as the primary measure of progress. If you keep in mind its just a rough bench mark and correlate what it says with what you are taking in, it can serve as a guide to making small adjustments. However if you find it being your focus and affecting your outlook then give the silly thing back stat! You are doing good things for yourself, keep the faith and you will find 'that girl' you want to see!

Good work! I also thought of @JLente also this morning! My thought was "I am not going to replace the scale battery, I like what it says right now" :)

:D :D @adefwebserver.. perhaps we won't have the battery change dread in the future, maybe when I retire I'll take on the endeavor of creating and marketing a low cost scale that addresses that issue. I already got the rough logic for the code needed. Who would have thought old experience in weapons testing and design would have such an application. :D :D
