Tonight I made gluten-free pancakes! Banana, oats, and water. They were good. Next time I will put berries into them, and maybe almond butter. I also am going to try chickpea waffles. I like bread, but I am finding that I don't really like stale bread, and it seems like the wheat bothers my arthritis. I have been thinking about a chickpea alternative to bread that will add fiber and be bready without adding calories.
Going to try to just log after I eat, since I really, really, really can't stick to the plan even the one I made one day in advance.
Going to have a smoothie tomorrow - sweet potato is a good low-fat alternative to avocado or nuts. Put it together already and just have to blend it up in the morning.
I didn't make it to the gym today but I am dancing tomorrow night and my friend and I have kinda decided to hit the gym Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Things happen but we are both working on losing weight and getting fit. Her BF had the stent put in, so she needs the break from having to take care of him and his kids while he recuperates.
I got little done tonight but I did decide that I am going to run my dishwasher every night no matter how much or how little there is in there. Cooking for myself shouldn't use so many dishes but it does!
Good night all! Have a great day tomorrow!

Better to run the dishwasher every night and have nice, healthy food you've made yourself. I found a gluten free recipe for pancakes that was only 1 banana mashed and mixed with two eggs! It really works as well. The pancakes are quite delicate so you have to make sure they're cooked underneath before turning, but they taste good. As for logging your food, I sometimes log a day's worth of food in advance, then change it to what I actually ate - lol! Have a fabulous Thursday, Abbadabba 🙂
