150 cal. Mixed greens, 1/2 cup of each; mango, chicken, cucumber, mushrooms. Great with balsamic vinegar! (might add half an apple for more bulk)

Seriously? Do you still eat under 1000 cal per day?! It is too low!

Yes, guilty, but full every day by eating a ton of vegetables, and multi vitamin. Learning about portion control too. I vary the calories every 2nd or third day but not above 1000. Working for the first time in years!

And looks like Cilantro too, I love cilantro. I have given up on my Feta :( due to high calorie, salt etc. but I sure do love that on my salads.
