Hi, I'm 40 something years old, 5 ft 5.575 inches with start weight of 145 at the beginning of May. I have been trying to eat under 1000 calories a day to reach 125 lbs! I know...(it's too low, ya da ya da ya da). But, it sure is teaching me the value of a calorie! Lots of bulky vegetables...mmm! I wish you all luck and I look forward to being inspired by all your low calorie meals!
