I am learning everyday. And I agree totally with my fat secret companions. People have the right to diet how best they feel it's good for them. I personally don't approve on any diet that excludes good for you nutrients and vitamins. I read a lot on the subject and fat people me.... Are desperate. Crash dieting is not the answer. But if you like that..... What can I Do?
