Was able to take a walk two days last week besides going to Curves and what I do at work. Was not completely on my planned menu though and ate some extra foods/sweets. :(
139.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
