Not happy with the gain but I know what, and when, I ate and what extra exercising I did so not surprised by the gain. This next week I will eat more vegetables to fill up on instead of candy. At least the last half of this past week I drank 50-60 ounces of water. That was a good goal!
141.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
