the scales what can i say.. goood mornin fs...every since my last day of being able to go for a morning ride...ive just been watchin it rain..today is no different..another morning of wakin up only to see it still raining...my body must be lovin it..weight has been down for last 3 days..im getting closer to my 300 at which time i will reset my goal once again..its been along time comin to hit 300..but so close now..an who would of thought...eating one meal a day...fasting the rest of the day an nite...an the weight would just come off...its kind of hard to believe in something so simple...finding how much you actually need to eat to be satisfied and fasting the rest of the time...and all it cost...the food for the meal...an spending the rest of the time doing whatever to keep one amused while it rains...so simple an yet look at all the things on the internet and the tv..that advertised to help you get the weight off..me turns the channel on tv...o well...coffee is done once again...time to have a coffee latte an watch the drops of rain on the windows...

have a great day everyone...i know once the rain stops..il be out for my mornin ride once again...
