just a weeee bit cool.. gooooooood mornin fs..when i got up it was 62 outside..kinda cool..but i dressed warm..glad i did...by time i got back home it was 58..weighed in weight is up..o well..whatcha gonna do..im stickin with what i think is working..just one of the up days..

results from a cateye stealth 10 gps speedometer...really a nice computer to put on your bike if you want to improve on your riding...

even though my weight isnt gonna down ..ive noticed the bracelet i wear when im riding my bike is becomin looser...so must be going down in inches...still a win-win...

well so much for the journal today..gonna head to the kitchen an get some mojo in me..get my body warmed back up from the not so normal temps outside...have a great day everyone...an thanks for the support you all provide...
