down down down.. goooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 81 outside this morning with humidity at 83 already an its only 446am..geez...nope didnt go riding...wasnt in the mood..started to get dressed to go 2 times..but just couldnt do it this morning..last year when i was riding..it wasnt a problem to be in the mood...this year..its different for some reason..not sure why..i think some of its cause its so warm here lately...an its not even into the hotter days yet...did finally eat something yesterday...well...not alot else to yack about..have a great day everyone...an thanks for the support from everyone...

was going to add on..for anyone that rides bike or walks an doesnt like to take id with them..i wear a bracelet from road id..that has your name an emergency numbers to call just in case...i think its a great way to go with id...

Humidity is too high to ride for sure. Can you ride later in the day when the humidity is lessened?

ty engeland..early morning is usually about the only time i ride...around 430am or so..its usually the coolest then..so just have to wait an see what the weather is tomow morning..

Nice loss! You know,... from my reading of "The Bulletproof Diet" by Dave Asprey & my personal experience with using it as a guide for an elimination diet, I find that food in tolerances effect me that way. Carb intolerance isn't the only one out there. Grounding & lots of vitamin D directly from the sun also helps a lot with my mojo. Just thought I would throw some ideas out there because feeling "different" from day to day or year to year is not coincidentally. Every cause has an effect, and every effect has a cause. Good luck with figuring out what's going on! xoxo
