I'm glad my post helped you, Wanna! It sure helped me, too. ;) I've decided that rather than shooting for a set time to eat every day, I'm going to continue to listen to my body. If I'm hungry, I eat. If I'm not, I don't. And I only eat until I'm NOT hungry, not until I feel full. I will still shoot for at least an 18/6 IF, and if it goes longer, that's fine, too. I'm glad you managed to get your ride in. Getting up and out the door is the hardest part! Keep on keepin' on, buddy. I'm rooting for you!
