mmmmm..the house smells great woke up at 4am..put chicken breasts in crock pot and seasoned with bbq sauce over them..thought id give my taste buds a break from salads only..also decided to get off the protein powder on days im not riding bike..i feel like it makes me gain...but not sure on that..just know that back when i first started my journey of eating better i didnt use protein powder an i was doing just fine..one good thing about journaling...you can look back an read your journals an get the motivation, inspiration and just the knowledge from them that you sometimes forget..scales was nice again this morning..an showed a loss..im dancin in my recliner even though no one can see..i actually feel more on track then i have been in several months...i meditated again last night...i usually do mine hour or so before bed time..in my recliner..when i shut off the tv and enjoy some quiet time..todays plan to move some things outta a shed into the house and rearrange some closets..o yeah an take time out to enjoy the chicken outta the crock..lol..have a great one ..
332.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you are doing great! I stopped using my protein powder about a year ago for the very same reason, it seemed to stall my weight loss efforts. Since that time I realized that protein powders, shakes and all of that "specialty" nutrition stuff falls in the catagory of "processed foods" I have eliminated all processed foods from my diet as much as possible and I am getting much better results with real food.
