i take responsibility for my actions all part of learning..i cut grass yesterday afternoon and when i came inside i had a handfull of pretzels and not enough water..right hand was sayin its ok...left hand was sayin here drink some water...right hand didnt listen...today scales wont lie for me...what you gonna do..flush it out today and move on...gooooooooooood monday mornin eveyone...i did stay busy from time to time yesterday..each mornin i make a list of what i want to accomplish for the day...keeps me up an movin most days..less sit in the recliner watchin tv, playin xbox, or on the puter..as my profile says...over the hill...but still a kid inside..lol..not sure what im gonna find to do today..its gonna be cooler outside today...and i hate the cooler weather....sun sun sun...my kind of days..well..my tea is gone..might need another one to get salt flushed out and get ready for breakfast...so...keep true to yourself on this lifestyle...some days will be good some will be bad..just a matter of knowing what you did..and fixing the problem....good thing about journaling and also journaling your food intake...can see the problem and the results of fixing the problem...have a great day everyone and thanks for stoppin by...
