gooooooood mornin.. wakin up to 54 outside this mornin..did get my lights for my bike charged yesterday and last night..but just not in the mood to get on the bike an do a short 5-10 mile ride..last year this time i was layering up on the days i needed to and i would get out an go for 15-20 mile ride and have it done before 7am..this year...another story..no motivation to get out when its 54 and 10 degrees cooler when your riding...to me its having to get on 2 layers just to stay warm..i keep thinkin the warmer morning temps will set in..but they havent yet..suppose to be 48 tonight an rain again geeez...so it will be even cooler tomow morning...cant wait for warmer weather..and nicer mornings to get out an enjoy the morning rides..well..my babblin is over with for another day..did get up an moved the body around alot yesterday...hence the .2 drop...not alot but encouragement...have a great one..
333.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's nice to have a variety of exercise activities .... I walk quite a bit now, a little running, the gym (3 times a week) and I did jump on the bike a few days back. Mixing things up is helpful for me. I think it's good to just keep moving.

Yesterday was day 2 for me back on the bike. Not that long or that far but something! I walk/jog with my little in a stroller too. Keep it up, make it a habit.

ty all for the support..i kno that once it warms up more in the weeee hours of the early morning when most people are still getting that last wink i will get back into the habit of riding my bike again..the pic i use came off my profile from 07..i always like it an thought it might motivate me once again
